Our technology

Manual data entry is dead. Don't pay for it.

We wrote software that reads every trade, every position, and every fee straight out of a brokerage firm's PDF statements. Hours, days, or weeks of work for anyone else becomes seconds or minutes. It doesn't matter how many trades there are. It's just a few more seconds of CPU time.

Questions

What attorneys ask before sending statements.

What data do you extract from a brokerage statement?

Every trade (date, security, quantity, price, commission), positions, cash activity, fees, margin interest, dividends, and monthly balances. The output is structured data ready for account analysis, not an OCR text dump.

Are scanned statements supported?

Native PDF statements process at full speed. Scanned or image-only statements go through OCR first, which is slower but still hours faster than manual entry.

What if my firm is not on the list?

Send us one representative statement. Reverse engineering a new firm's format usually takes a few days.

How accurate is it?

The parser reads the statement's own numbers, so it is as accurate as the statement. Every run is reconciled against the statement's printed totals and flagged if anything does not tie out.
